Conditions for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Initiating a Return/Refund

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery through any of the following:

  • Clearly mention the reason for return.

  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Two-way shipping charges

    • Packaging and service fees

    Estimated deduction: ~60% of the total order amount

2. Full Refund (Pre-Dispatch)

  • A 100% refund is available if the cancellation request is made before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is still possible after delivery; however, the above deductions (~60%) will apply.

3. Mystery Box Returns

  • For our “Mystery Box” product:

    • The entire box with all contents intact must be returned.

    • Individual items within the box cannot be returned, replaced, or canceled separately.

    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, via the channels mentioned above.

    • Refunds will be processed after standard deductions (~60%).

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Return Address: Mentioned on your billing invoice and on our Contact Us page.

  • Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund Limit: Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the products returned.

  • Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Custom duties, taxes, and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if paid, are non-refundable.


No Refund Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address (including PO Box addresses)

  • After three failed delivery attempts by our courier partners

  • If the package is refused by the recipient

  • If returned products are damaged or tampered with

  • If any items or contents are missing from the returned package
